I have reached a weight that I DO NOT want to be at anymore. I am going to lose 35 pounds before junior year starts for me. How will I do this? I might be thinking about becoming a vegetarian, It would be hard but I can try. I will only eat when I hear my stomach growling and only drink water. I will need motivation though. Hopefully my friends will be with me 100% of the way. So what am I letting go of?
Potatoes, French fries, Chips, Cake, Candy, Pizza, Breaded Chicken, Breaded anything, A LOT of carbs, anything else that is fattening, and Soda.
